Ms. Lena Shen is a partner of Beijing Sanyou Intellectual Property Agency Ltd., the first private patent firm and a top 10 IP law firm in China. She received education in both China and UK, graduating from Queen Mary, University of London with an LLM degree in intellectual property laws. She is a lawyer in China and her main practice is trademark prosecution and IP enforcement. Lena is of rich experience in trademark registration, review, opposition, invalidation, etc. and meanwhile has involved a number of IP litigation and other enforcement actions.
Lena is actively involved in the international IP forum. She is the first Chair of CET 8 (Asian Issues Group) of FICPI and has been serving the duty since 2015. Meanwhile she is a bureau member of AIPPI since 2018, as an Assistant Reporter General. Lena was also chair of the Trademark Committee of AIPPI China until the end of 2018.
