The Guangdong Provincial High People's Court has released the 2023 Administrative Litigation White Paper and Top 10 Typical Cases. The white paper shows that in 2023, the courts in Guangdong Province received 25365 new administrative cases of first instance, marking a year-on-year decrease of 1.3%; and closed 26029 cases. And 15603 new administrative cases of second instance were received, marking a year-on-year decrease of 11.8%. 43374 new non-litigation cases involving administrative examinations were received, and 43536 cases were concluded, marking a year-on-year decrease of 0.52%.
The attendance rate of administrative officials at all levels in Guangdong Province reached 15000, marking a year-on-year increase of 10.9%. 40083 administrative actions were approved for compulsory execution, with an approval rate of 92.1%.
