Beijing Sanyou Intellectual Property Agency Ltd.

Founded in October 1986 by patent attorney Qiang Li, Beijing Sanyou Intellectual Property Agency Ltd. is one of the first private patent firms approved by the CNIPA. With the high quality of its services, Sanyou has been awarded the title of "Outstanding Patent Agency"  by the CNIPA as well as "Outstanding Trademark Agency" by China Trademark Association.  Beijing Sanyou has more than 400 employees, including 160 patent attorneys, 30 trademark attorneys and 20 attorneys-at-law. Its business scope covers almost all IP matters, providing comprehensive services of registration, consultancy, invalidation, enforcement, etc. in relation to patents, trademarks, copyright, domain name and others.

In 2007, Panasonic Corporation of Japan granted the highest honour to Beijing Sanyou, The Gold Prize for Contribution in Patent Protection.

In 2011, Beijing Sanyou received the award for Promotion and Application of Informationization of Patent Examination in China”, from the Chinese State Intellectual Property Office, for being among the first ones to fully apply electronic filing.

In 2011, Beijing Sanyou received the ISO9001 Quality Management Certificate which acknowledges and guarantees the outstanding quality of its services.

In 2011-2016, LG Group (Korea) conferred an award of Best Quality IP Service Provider to Beijing Sanyou.

Social responsibility：

May 12, 2008, a devastating earthquake struck Wenchuan of Sichuan province, China. Sanyou and its staff donated with money and goods for the local, continuously provide financial support to 183 pupils to resume their interrupted education and pay personal visits to these children to give them spiritual support.
