With the support of the Beijing Intellectual Property Office, this seminar was jointly organized by Beijing Sanyou Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. and the Capital Intellectual Property Service Industry Association. The purpose is to help Chinese enterprises to deeply understand and flexibly apply the intellectual property terms in the RCEP agreement, understand the intellectual property system and legal practice of the signatory countries, and promote the intellectual property exchange of countries around the "the Belt and Road".

The meeting was hosted by Li Hui, Chairman of Beijing Sanyou Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd., and co-hosted by Gao Yongyi, Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Vice President of the Capital Intellectual Property Service Industry Association. More than 120 practitioners from various industries attended the meeting online and offline.

The seminar invited senior representatives of well-known enterprises from China, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore to give speeches and discussions on 5 themes: Patent Applications and Protection by Chinese Enterprises in South Korea, Introduction to the Japanese Patent System and Dos and Don'ts for Chinese enterprises in Filing Patent Applications, Trademark practices in the Process of Brand Globalization, Key Tips for Patent Application Protection by Chinese Enterprises in Singapore, and Intellectual Property Layout under the RCEP Framework.
