Recently, the "Research Report Release and Exchange Conference on Frontier Issues of Trademark Law" hosted by the China Trademark Association was successfully held. The conference commended the research group on frontier issues of trademark law, outstanding research achievements in 2025, and co hosts. Members of the San You team have demonstrated outstanding performance in the research project and have been awarded multiple honors.

As the co chair of the "Trademark Coexistence System Research Special Group", He Wei, the Minister of the Trademark Department of Sanyou, presided over and participated in the writing of the research results, which won the second prize. The members of the special group were deeply involved in the actual research work throughout the process, and provided a theoretical reference and practical guidance for the resolution of industry related disputes through a systematic review of the trademark coexistence system and analysis of practical difficulties.

Meng Rufing, a lawyer and senior trademark agent from Sanyou, served as the co chair of the "Trademark Significance Research Special Group" and co authored and contributed to the research results, which were awarded the second prize. Senior trademark agents Li Jiyan, Li Yueting, Xiang Yifan, and Fu Rao from Sanyou participated in the actual research work throughout the process, conducting in-depth research on core issues such as the criteria for determining trademark distinctiveness from multiple dimensions and practical boundaries, and forming research results that are both deep and broad.

As a member of the "International Trademark Registration Research Special Group", Lu Yimeng, a senior trademark agent of Sanyou, has been deeply involved in practical research work, and her related research results have won the second prize. The research focuses on the changes in rules and practical risks of international trademark registration, providing accurate and practical professional references for enterprises' overseas trademark layout.

As the co chair of the "Famous Trademark Research Special Group", Party Xiaolin, the general manager and lawyer of Sanyou, presided over and participated in the writing of research results, which won the third prize. Senior trademark agents such as Hao Shujie, Sun Qinghua, and Zhou Jiuyang participated in this study, conducting systematic research on practical key issues such as the recognition and protection boundaries of well-known trademarks. The results have both theoretical depth and practical guidance significance.

Lawyer Hu Miao from Sanyou, as the co chair of the "Trademark Licensing Research Special Group", presided over and participated in the writing of the research results, which won the third prize. The members of the special group were deeply involved in the actual research work throughout the process, and comprehensively sorted out the compliance points, risk prevention and control issues in trademark licensing, providing professional guidance for enterprises to standardize trademark licensing behavior.

The research results on cutting-edge issues in trademark law reflect the keen insight of Sanyou lawyers and trademark agents into industry trends, highlighting Sanyou's philosophy of emphasizing both theory and practice.
