The full name of this project is "Linguang Group to Zhangjiabao Group Highway Renovation Project" in Xiping Village, Hekou Township, Sangzhi County, Hunan Province. The construction site is Xiping Village, Hekou Township, Sangzhi County, with a construction scale of repairing 2.1 kilometers of gravel road and a total budget of 148480 yuan. The construction period is from the date of signing the agreement to November 30, 2026, and will be fully completed. Under the guidance of the Assistance Office of the China National Intellectual Property Administration and the coordination of the two committees of the village, Sanyou strictly controls the use of funds, project quality and construction safety, and efficiently promotes the construction links such as pavement leveling, subgrade reinforcement, and drainage system repair, so as to ensure that the road is solid and durable and long-term benefits the villagers.
President Li Qiang has repeatedly inquired about the progress of the project, emphasizing the need to implement and run the Minsheng Road and Industrial Road well, so that love can truly reach the urgent needs of the people. After the completion of the project, it will directly benefit the daily travel and production transportation of 48 households and 150 people, greatly improving transportation conditions, significantly reducing transportation costs, completely connecting the "last mile" of characteristic industries such as tobacco and zongzi leaves out of the village, helping to efficiently transport good goods from the mountains to the market, effectively increasing the income of villagers, and injecting strong impetus into the prosperity of industries and comprehensive rural revitalization in Xiping Village.
